Data migration
Migrated over 2TB of data from the on-premises file server to SharePoint and OneDrive over a planned weekend. All data was verified post-migration with a 30-day fallback period maintained.
Line-of-business applications
Migrated the accounting system and project management tools to cloud-hosted alternatives. Set up secure remote access for applications that could not be moved.
Security hardening
Implemented MFA for all users, deployed endpoint protection across all devices, and set up security monitoring to detect and respond to threats in real time.
